10% ethanol blended fuel is already commonplace and shouldn't be any special concern for your 240s.

85% ethanol, or "E85" requires a car which at the least has it's fuel injection system programmed to adapt to it. I think that getting your 240s there would be difficult. In practice, more is required than that. E85 compatible duel fuel cars are pretty easy to make if they are built that way from the factory, but back conversions are likely to be much more complex.

It will be a long, long time, if ever, before E85 is *the* mainstream fuel in North America. Don't loose any sleep over it. There are already far more E85 compatible "flex fuel" vehicles on the road than their is E85 supply with which to power them. The vast majority of time even the existing flex fuel vehicles are in practice being powered by standard fuel (which BTW can contain up to 10% ethanol).

As an aside, one of the nice things about Biodiesel is that it is much more readily compatible with the existing diesel vehicle inventory than is ethanol with the gasoline powered fleet.
