Tire recommendations for a 245 ?

Your wagon was supposed to run a taller tire than that, so your speedo may be reading low. If you're comfortable with it and don't mind the error, don't worry about it.

195/60-15 is a great fit for the wheels. That's what's used on all the Turbos, and is the correct diameter for a 240 sedan as well (original size 185/70-14).

A wagon should ride on something taller. Options would include:
205/60-15
195/65-15
195/70-15 (look for a Grand Touring tire, as specified for a Mercedes-Benz)
205/65-15

None are probably as tall as the original 185R-14 on the wagon, but all improve handling. Note that taller tires (higher aspect ratio number, the 60-65-70) are better for load capacity, and shorter tires offer better handling at the expense, generally, of load rating.
