Would anyone care to share their experiences - good or bad doing this to your 200/700/900 series?

Looks pretty easy to do using the intake box I have on my 760 - just not sure if it is worth it (have seen a good example with a 3" pipe/tube coming out the front of the box running up behind the grille/bumper area).
