940 Speedometer gremlin

Sorry I'm slow posting...been busy the last week.

Yes, the first replacement speedometer I put in showed exactly the same failure. Exactly. It was rather annoying and so I ignored it for a while and used my GPS for a speedo.

Got tired of that and chased down another replacement speedometer. The second one worked.
