I am in Alabama, so I am not apt to take you up on that deal, and it sounds like a wonderful opportunity.

I just bought an 89 245 - found it local on craigslist. It was really dirty inside - trash everywhere. When I was cleaning it out - I found roach clips all inside - under the seat - in the glove box. So I think I get the drift of your comment.

Now that I think back - I must have had an Angel watching over me. The car was apparently owned by a 'stoner' and I could have easily encountered a used needle from a junkie and contracted just about anything. I will be more careful from now on.
