steering momentarily binds on 89 240 wagon

posted by  someone claiming to be Not U joint,stearing binds when stopped on  Sun Jun 18 04:46 CST 2006 [RELATED]

Perhaps I wasn't clear about it definitely being in the steering. The binding also occurs when I'm stopped in park. Thanks for the response though.
