I've not had that problem (in this part of the world - heat is only a fleeting meteorological phenomenon), but in anticipation of my warmed-over B20 making it's way into the engine bay of the Canuck, I have ordered a custom built aluminum radiator with TIG welded tanks etc. It should be able to handled the cooling duties with a thermostatically (yes, it is a word) controlled fan. The other thing to check is your mixture - it could be lean.
