Rear brake problems continue 700

If your 91 SE has anti-lock brakes, possibly the problem lies within the modulator, of which I have very little knowledge. But my backyard grease monkey intuition would say to disconnect the offending brake line(s) just AFTER the modulator and see what the flow looks like. If good, the problem lies betwen there and the wheels. If bad, disconnect the line(s) just BEFORE the modulator and see how the flow looks. If good at that point.....well I'm sure you get the point by now.

(I know - you're going to say you don't have anti-lock brakes.)
