Clutch pedal problems 120-130 1966

I have repaired the elongated holes in the u-shaped bracket that attaches the clutch pedal to the master cylinder so that they are again round. I have also adjusted the rod to the clutch lever so that only a small amount of play is present.

If anyone has any other suggestions, I would appreciate them. Thanks to those who replied already.
