If it is an '89 780 it is either a B230FT or B280F, if I'm not mistaken. If it is the 4 cylinder, I'd expect that it is Bosch LH2.2 (the turbos were never Rex/Regina). This means it will have an air mass meter (AMM) rather than a MAP sensor. It should be the -007 variant AMM.

If it is the B280F v6, then it will also have Bosch injection with an AMM rather than an MAP.
