Check Engine but normal OBD 200 1989

My Check Engine light came on, but no noticeable issues.
I went thru the OBD tests recommended in Bentley, but I get the
normal 1-1-1 code. Normal as well (3-3-4) for the throttle switch.

Any other possibility for the Check Engine to be on?
