Questions about windows and moulding 140-160

I have a 1971 142 and I am thinking about taking the window seal moulding off, but the problem is that it will still have the groove. My question is, will the 240 front window rubber fit the one on my car? if not what will? and if so what years(s)? Also are there one piece windows(and window felt and wipers) that will fit the doors? Last but not least does anyone know where to get good but reasonable set of aftermarket wheels maybe "16 or "17. Any help would be great. Thank you.
