You can get the whole window channel sets (2/4 doors) from Swedish Treasure (Some other 122 speciality sites also) for 2 doors (Kit 500-$80) or 4 doors (kit 504-$125). Everything you need to do the channel area including both inner and outer window scrapers.

I just did my 2-door, and it took a couple of hours to do and very straight forward. I didn't do the vent window seal, but you need to remove the whole vent frame.
