I believe it's the one mounted in a rubber grommet on the upper right corner of the radiator. I also don't think it's causing your problem. Carefully pull the wires off of the switch and connect them together. What I suspect will happen is that the electric fan in front of the radiator will come on and the AC clutch will continue to cycle rapidly.
You may have low refrigerant. This is a likely cause of clutch cycling. (and no cold air) Unless you have the appropriate gauges, seek professional help to find out if this is the case. If you are still running R12 it might be time to think about converting to 134A. See the FAQ for more A/C information.
