I have always found the people manning the phones at The Tire Rack to be very knowledgeable and helpful when I am shopping for tires. They will ask you questions about what you are looking for in a tire and give you various options.

There is a list on their webpage of tire dealers that will install tires from Tire Rack. You can get the name of a local dealer that works in cooperation with Tire Rack and give them a call. They will quote you a price to mount and balance your tires. Some tire dealers will even accept shipment of your tires at their facility.

So not only can you get good information on different options on tires but you can also many times get a good deal on the tires you decide on.
