Help!! Brake Bleeding Nightmere Continues!!

Well yesterday I posted that i was receiving a brake failure warning after replacing and bleeding only the front calipers... Well today i went back and started the bleeding sequence properly with the back calipers included thinking this would work. Well all went well until i got to the right rear caliper(passenger side), I began the bleed and about 5 - 10 seconds into it the flow just stopped, er came to a slight, very slight drip. I checked my power bleeder and everything seemed to be fine, had pressure and everything. just in case i moved on to the front right lower valves and those seemed to be fine, returned to the back and no flow! WEll im completley stumped..Should i bleed the master cylinder? What does that do anyway, and do i need to do that everytime? Or is something just terribly wrong with my brake lines.. Any and all feedback would be appreciated:)
thanks
Caylen
