You may want to slide the radio out and check that the ant. lead is plugged properly into the back. The 960's have two push in, pop out releases on either side of the radio face plate. The double din head just slides out and you can check the wiring on the back. It may not be the problem but it only takes a minute or two to check. What model radio to you have in the 960 vs the V70? The model info should be printed on the face plate something like SC 811 or SC 816.You may have the same unit it both. Be careful not to un- plug the main wiring unless you have the anti- theft code on hand.
