I have been having a problem with the IAC on my 92 745Ti, 106,000. The car idles perfectly, but when starting there is no increase in RPM's then back to normal, like my 92 244.

I did this test last night, with the engine at idle and pinched off the hose to the IAC and the RPM's dropped. Upon release of the hose, the RPM's rose up quickly, then leveled back down to the normal 750 idle speed.

Both the IAC and TB have been cleaned and the adjustment to a single click of the TBS was used, but still no sudden increase in RPM upon start... then leveling back to 750. It just starts with 750 and stays with 750.

Any ideas...have I not adjusted the TBS properly?
