Rear brake caliper (SOS)

I have a 1990 240 DL SW Manual. Since I did not know about master cyclinder fluid loss .I have put a tube on the flare end I will check if fluid loss is still there . The only local store which says it can provide a rebuilt caliper is Adavanceauto . They have a brand named as CARDONE . They are giving limited life time warranty . Has anybody used it.
