You have a code stored in the ECM for a TCM fault. The TCM detected a fault and told the ECM to turn on the MIL, W, S &E lights as well as the UP arrow on the dash.

If you don't have a code scanner, you can take it to an AutoZone type place. They will not be able to read Volvo TCM specific codes but will have the ability to read generic codes stored.
