89 B230f uses LH 2.4, and does not have an adjustment screw for mixture. Rich conditions can be caused by bad 02 sensor/temp sensor/mass airflow sensor/excessive fuel pressure/leaking fuel pressure regulator, etc. Check the 700/900 FAQ for diagnostic aids.
