Wierd high fuel use 15 mpg

Don't throw more parts at it until you find the source of the vacuum leak. When the vacuum decreases on the turbo gauge, try your brakes to see if the oneway valve is functioning properly. Check all of the hoses to make sure they aren't cracked on the ends. And check under the dash for a leak there.
