B20E dwell and timing 1800

My info says 59-65 degrees for dwell and 10 degrees BTDC at 700-800 rpm.

That's correct. After you set it to 10 degrees at idle, rev it up to 3500 or so to see if it gets over 30 degrees. Ideally you want around 34 degrees at 3500 rpm for a stock B20E with 10.5:1 compression & good fuel. Then, put the timing light on number 4 & see how similar the timing is to number 1. This will give you a fair idea of how good the distributor is.
