Busting out the saw- caliper removal 140-160

If the disk is BADLY scored or if it is warped, replace it.
If it is just rusty, use it. It will soon be self-cleaning.
If you can center punch the threaded end of the bolt and drill through
it, starting small and going till you make contact with the thread root
at one point the bolt should come out fairly easily.
When you put new bolts in put some grease on the threads.
