Idle problem when cold 700 1991

Check all hoses for vacuum leaks, replace any that are split or missing.

Run some fuel system cleaner through it - I recommend Techron, it actually seems to work. Won't hurt, in any case, and if fuel injector deposits are part of the problem, it should clear up the stumble.

BTW what kind of shape are the cap and rotor in? Seen several of these lately with dirty flame traps and therefore oil getting into the distributor cap.
