Hi,

Could you elaborate a little on what type of 700 we're talking about here.
ie. engine size
Carb or injection
B200, B230 or a B280 engine
If B200 or B230 (4cyl) har it got a turbo
Auto or manual

Without this information it's hard to astablish any kind od diagnosis
