Radiator Drain Assembly 120-130 1966

I am going to attempt to flush my radiator on my 122 for the first time this coming weekend (I have owned the car for two weeks). I am somewhat familiar with the process but am curious to know if anyone out there has had to replace the drain assembly. I am afraid that, after opening the drain, I might run into problems resealing. Is the drain a common size/style that can be found at local parts stores? Any tips on this process would be appreciated.
