That's strange. Ron is usually pretty good following up. Maybe he's away from home. The White Pages for W.Hartford,CT list a Ronald Kwas with 860 523 5527, probably he, but he often responds to stuff posted here, so, if you just sit tight, there's a good chance he'll show up here.
