Did you check http://www.skandix.com for the drums? They have a lot of stuff that I didn't expect to find easily (rear drums for instance). I was also quite impressed by the parts lists over at swedish treasures. You can probabaly find new or used drums.

Still, it wouldn't be a bad thing to upgrade to disk brakes.

I *might* be able to help you out, but not soon. I'm going to upgrade my '67 to dual circuit brakes using the parts from my 71 P1800. When I do that I'll have a left over brake system that will be only useful for downgrading or upgrading an earlier.

What I presently have (in the form of spares that came with my car) is a couple of claipers for rebuilding, a couple of lower a-arms, some lower ball joints, and some other bits. These pieces could help if you can find the rest from someone else.

Your best bet (price and convienience) would be to find a wasted early 1800 or a later 122 and grab all it's parts. My own 1800 was purchased as a parts source (M-41, B20, D-jet, Dual-circuit brakes, etc). Although it was kinda fun to drive it for a while.

I also got a huge response when I posted a classified here asking for a couple of parts that I was needin' Something like six separate people contacted me.
