On some older U-joints with grease fittings there was often only one way they'd fit on, the new 'permanently' greased ones are more forgiving.
And make sure you keep the proper orientation with the flange and driveshaft when replacing the driveshaft, those can go on correctly or 180 degrees off. Only consequence is if there is a slight impalance in the flange - while the halves of the driveshaft are (to the best of my knowledge) balanced indepently, the flanges and associated driveshafts are balanced together.
