Bubble flaring tool 200

In such cases, a bubble flaring tool is a good investment. In the US, you can pick one off EBay for about $20.

When brake line fittings give me problems, I cut the lines and using line obtained from my scrapped parts car (eg. the brake line that travels the length of the car) and salvaged good fittings, I make my own replacement brake lines.

The brake lines (cupro-zinc?) that Volvo used is superior (rust, bending) to the steel lines sold at auto parts stores.
