i JUST TUNED MY 93 940 w/Rex Regina Engine and had an idle problem too I think mine was caused by a leak in the vacuum line to the MAP Sensor. I taped it until I can replace the line and the idle smoothed right out. You can also look at the air temp sensor located in the air intake line between the TB and filter. Don't know what kind of engine you have but maybe this will help.
