Only because you couldn't stay!

My property is just ... efficient! 4-family house, 1-bedroom side building, 2-car garage, 5-car driveway, a small garden and enough backyard to barbecue, sit and eat. All on less than 1/8 of an acre!

Not a blade of grass to mow, either.
