The only time I had odd Idle issues I did several things so I don't know which one nailed it.

I replaced the Fuel pump regulator, I changed the 25 amp Fuse and Fuse holder and did the throttle body.

I can't believe that the 25 amp fuse would cause a high idle.
Any sign of it running Rich?
