look on ebay for a good used unit. the same, if not cheaper, than any boneyard, and it'll get delivered to your door.

see if "philvo" (ebay) has anything for you, he is a reputable brickboarder.

i did mine, first time, in about 2 - 2.5 hours. not difficult at all, just tedious.
