Am I Asking too Much for my 245?

Your price is well over the market. The parts add nothing to market value, so either sell them on ebay if you want to get a few bucks for them or consider them a write-off.

Manual transmission is a selling point to the few, but a negative to the many.

I would put the entire car on ebay with a $1000 reserve and be happy if I got it.
