Tailgate gaskets 140-160 1970

As far as I know, all tailgates with the original style back window (68 to circa 90) are interchangeable, with the important footnote that those from a 140 have SAE threads and those from a 240 have Metric. A friend of mine has done this swap with little difficulty a couple of times.

I am not 100% certain, but it would logically follow from this that the tailgate gasket and window rubber are the same too.
