What car are you talking about? If this is a 960 (as your name implies) there might be something different. But my v90 has a plug for just the wiper motors. Follow the cable that comes out of the back of the motor, and follow it to the firt connector. It should only have two prongs inside. That's the one you want to undo.

Did it to mine about a year ago.
