Not a bad deal, a 190 for $350! Enjoy it while it runs and is safe and comfortable. When the heater system pukes, the Water Pump leaks, the exhaust fails, it needs a full tune-up, a set of tires, or every last engine gasket and seal starts to leak (happens all at once for some reason), get rid of that sucker as all of the above jobs are common and cost far more than $350 to resolve! Drive it like you stole it (or like it is a rental), but don't plan on hanging on to it for long, unless you have deep pockets!
Nice car, just a few notches below the reliability and serviceability of a 240. Karl Heinz did a great job creating an incredibly comfortable ride, but thats about where the attention to detail ended! Enjoy while it lasts!

ps. I got rid of our 79 280SE when the monthly parts bill (at 130K miles) exceeded the cost of the monthly finance charges of a 240.... Don't forget about the cost of ownership and maintenance!
