...I found what seems to be a good guy through Google in the D.C. area.

He offered a basic Vin history from Carfax for only $1.50!!!!

I'm looking at a nice 760T w/200,000kms in a province 2500 kms away, so this really helps.

I won't post his email here, but if anyone wants it, I'll reply through email.
