Tail light AND dimmer switch problems are FIXED!!!!! 700 1992

All it took was 2.3 hours of paid work at Pat Patterson Volvo. The mechanic said he had to rewire the tail light and after he did that it also fixed the whacky dash light. I am 100 bucks lighter but a lot happier. thanks to all who tried to help w/answers.
