The distributor in the UK is generally the cheapest, even after shipping to the US, takes about a week http://www.superflex.co.uk/
Sometimes they run out( usually after a big order to these next folks ) and you can get the rest from www.kgtrimning.com in Sweden, they are just a bit higher, but still oodles less than any of the US sources ( their listed prices include VAT wich is taken off the final price for non EU countries )
