adjustable torque rods 200

I'm not totally clear where your wheels are rubbing, but if it's just the inside of the rear fender, isn't it possible to 'ease' it outwards with a car jack?. If you do try this pad the pressure point with something to spread the load and avoid distorting the panel - a leather sandbag is ideal, but if you've nothing else use a block of wood and some carpet.

Take note I've never done this on a 240 though, so I don't know how much 'give' there is on the rear quarter!
