E-code Instalation and Part #'s 200 1990

I'm spending some time in France and figured...why not pick up some OEM E-Codes? Got some with the two colored turn-signals on French ebay for about $130 and they are in fine condition, even if some of the inner adjustment plastic pieces need repair. Im wondering, what is the best way to make my American '90 244 accept the new headlights? I'm pretty sure its not just a plug and play operation, but I could be wrong and any advice would be helpful

Before I found these I was contemplating buying them at a dealership for big bucks and some folks here had helpful advice on part numbers and what not. They told me the numbers of the headlights and turn signals but were not sure about the # for the little plastic "eyebrows" that go on top of both. Since my lights came with these pieces already I figure someone might be interested so here they are:

Headlight Trim:

Left (1990)

Right (1990)

Right (1990)

Thanks for any ideas,
Jon
