What a mess - did it rain?
The fuses on our beloved bricks are subject to looking OK when they are not. Need to at least "rock" the fuse - use a fingertip to rotate the fuse a little with the end points as pivots. The ones with end bits bad will be immediately obvious.
The relay, on the rail under the center dash air vents, is least likely to fail. It engages when the key is in Positon II, and thus allows a heavier current to flow to the main panel on the driver's door. The purpose of the relay is to ensure that a key must be used to operate the windows.
Wiring into the driver's door is a likely culprit. That, and dirt inside the switches themselves.
Good Luck,
Bob
