Hi Mike,

I know that photo was excellent before you had to smush it into the gallery limits, and you can see a greater contrast between the two plugs than can I. It reminds me of what I might expect to see if the #4 valve guides would be a little more worn than the rest and it stem seal hard and brittle.

You were looking for a theory on the difference, right?
