I found the cold start injector today as you had described. The car is 90 SW with M47-II.The MAF is 0260 217 001 and the VIN reads like YV1AA8257L1. In one of the posts a guy had told me that 82 is for 230F s with 3.1 fuel injection.
Thank God for good weather I was able to clean IAC, Throttle body ,checked all the vacuum hoses ,put injector cleaner in fuel. Now I will wait for severe cold weather.
