According to my Volvo Quick Reference Parts Catalog, for the OHC 4-cyl engines there are only two thermostats, 189F/87C and 197F/92C.

The V6's get an 180F/82C thermostat as well; as do the old pushrod engines (B18, 20 and 30).

However, I'd swear I have an 192/89C rated thermostat in one of my cars! And that's the one I'd say was in the middle of the gauge.
