Don't use a FPR, as all of the cheap ones are garbage. A restricted line is best - use a 1.5mm drill bit to pierce a small length of aluminum rod 1/4 inch in diameter, and insert that into the 1/4 inch hose leading to the intake side of the pump. That'll do it.
