I think you got a black plastic tie bag with a tubular socket looking thing, a ca. 10 inch bar with a shovel end for removing the hubcaps. Possibly there was a black or yellow handled reversible screwdriver, and a pair of pliers. Earlier cars had a Swedish BAHCO adjustable wrench included, and possibly some German GEDORE or HEYCO open ended wrenches.
